Job Responsibilities:- Compiles, writes, edits, and coordinates medical writing deliverables that present scientific information clearly and accurately under moderate supervision.
- Completes a variety of documents such as clinical study protocols, protocol amendments, clinical study reports, patient narratives, and investigator brochures.
- Adheres to regulatory standards (ICH E3, company SOPs, client standards, approved templates, authorship requirements, style and formatting guides) to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinates quality and editorial reviews, ensuring source documentation is managed, leading document reviews, resolving client comments, and reviewing statistical analysis plans and table/figure specifications for content, grammar, format, and consistency.
- Builds and maintains good relationships with clients, department heads, and peers to produce high‑quality deliverables.
- Performs online clinical literature searches while complying with copyright requirements.
- Identifies and proposes solutions to resolve document issues, escalating as appropriate.
- Engages in ongoing professional development to stay current on industry standards and client expectations.
- Conforms to budget specifications, working within the budgeted hours and communicating status and changes to leadership.
- Completes required administrative tasks within specified timeframes and handles other duties as assigned.
- Travel may be required up to 25% of the time.
