This position supports the Operations Quality Lead in collaborations with Quality Assurance, guiding the development and implementation of initiatives and processes that uphold operations' inspection readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance to develop, implement, and maintain operational quality processes.
  • Support initiatives that ensure inspection readiness of the organization.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align quality management practices across single sponsorship projects.
  • Track and report quality metrics and findings to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience in quality management within the life sciences/pharma industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for drug development and commercialization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multifunctional environment.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
