Whatever your path, you’re organised, motivated, and ready to get stuck in.

At Syneos Health, you’ll gain exposure to one of our specialist teams—Public Relations, Advertising, or Medical Communications—supporting work for leading healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. • Assisting with content development (e.g. social posts, press materials, presentations, or internal documents)
  • Monitoring media, social, or campaign performance and summarising findings
  • Helping maintain trackers, status reports, and project timelines
  • Supporting meeting preparation and writing notes or summaries
  • Contributing ideas during team brainstorms
  • Assisting with general team organisation and admin tasks

You’ll also have the opportunity to learn how different disciplines (PR, advertising, medical communications) work together to deliver integrated campaigns.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrable interest in communications, marketing, healthcare, or science
  • Are passionate about and have a clear purpose to advance outcomes for healthcare
  • Are organised and able to manage your time effectively
  • Show curiosity and a willingness to learn
  • Communicate clearly, both written and verbal
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Are comfortable working in a team and contributing ideas
  • Bring a positive, proactive attitude

Helpful (but not essential):

  • Experience (academic, personal, or professional) creating content or working on projects
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or social media platforms

What you’ll gain:

  • Hands‑on experience in a global communications agency
  • Exposure to real client work across PR, advertising, and/or medical communications
  • Insight into the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector
  • Mentorship and feedback from experienced professionals
  • A clearer understanding of potential career paths in communications
