b Overview /b p As a Project Financial Analyst I, you will support accurate financial reporting and analysis to enable timely decision-making. You will work within the Finance team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and profitability insights for your assigned area. This role combines data rigor with collaboration in a fast-paced life sciences environment. You’ll contribute to business growth through strong controls and insightful management reporting. An entry-level position with development through ongoing training and career progression. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li career development and progression /li li supportive and engaged line management /li li technical and therapeutic area training /li li peer recognition /li li total rewards program /li li inclusive culture /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop and deliver financial reporting, controls and procedures for timely, accurate information /li li Prepare, interpret and analyze financial data, business metrics, and ad-hoc reports for global management /li li Produce key reports including budgets, forecasts, utilization, headcount, revenue backlog, and gross profit for the assigned area /li li Develop monthly financial reports and commentary and other required financial analysis for senior management /li li Provide financial insights on growth trends and profitability; serve as a key contact for interpretation of results /li li Assist management and Finance with miscellaneous projects as directed by supervisor /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Bachelor in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or equivalent /li li 0-2 years of work experience /li li Pharmaceutical or CRO experience /li li Ability to build forecast from protocol/subject data and assess data quality /li li Experience reviewing Medidata CTMS data and handling forecast-related calculations /li li Attention to data inconsistencies and currency issues /li li Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Oracle Finance /li li Experience handling confidential data; strong attention to detail and teamwork /li /ul ul li excellent communication /li li interpersonal skills /li li teamwork /li li Microsoft Word /li li Microsoft Excel /li li Microsoft PowerPoint /li /ul
