You’re driven, resourceful, and above all else – remarkably smart. In this role, you’ll join the R&D Advisory Group within Syneos Health Consulting, where you will help make life science R&D organisations and operations more efficient and effective across research, clinical, regulatory, quality and pharmacovigilance. You will help organisations in times of change, whether that is driven by a change in operating model, strategy, processes, technology, or a combination of these.
You will:
- Work with senior customer stakeholders to comprehend the customer’s business goals, processes, operations and expectations
- Develop customer proposals, demonstrating a clear understanding of the needs and objectives, approach and solution, plus the commercial construct to deliver projects
- Develop engagement strategies and plans, and present findings and recommendations to team members
- Conduct quality management oversight of project deliverables to ensure that content aligns to the customer’s business objectives and expectations
- Develop content to leverage in business development opportunities with prospective customers
- Actively build a network of potential customers by utilising social media, attending seminars and conferences, and through referrals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or business
- Extensive experience in consulting management in the life sciences, pharmaceutical/biotech consulting industry, or equivalent industry role
- Experience working with one or more R&D operational roles either in industry or consulting
- Strong presentation and business development skills
Desired Requirements:
- Master’s degree in life sciences or business
- Experience in Regulatory processes, operations and technology, Registration Information Management (RIM) and the implementation/business implications of RIM Suites (e.g., Veeva Vault)
- Experience of the organisational impact of other significant regulations (e.g., IDMP, EU CTR)
- Experience in clinical processes, operations and technology (e.g., Veeva, Oracle, Medidata) and the organisational impact of new clinical operating models (e.g., decentralised clinical trials (DCT))
