Description
The primary purpose of this role is to act as the key day-to-day client partner, bringing a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to managing and delivering digital and global-to-local projects. You will take ownership of ensuring timely, high-quality, and profitable delivery while driving innovation and excellence within the team. By collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, you will set priorities, meet objectives, and align teams around common goals. Supported by an Account Director, you will help shape the future of client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
CLIENT SERVICES MANAGEMENT:

STRATEGIC THINKING AND LEADERSHIP:
- Proactively align client goals and KPIs to ensure project success
- Identify new business opportunities through strategic thinking
- Lead day-to-day client communication, providing progress reports, updates, and strategic insights.
COMMERCIAL ACUMEN:
- Able to develop accurate budget proposals for 0k-200k+ sized projects, accountable for monitoring time and costs throughout project delivery
- Responsible for all client communication and financial reporting (invoicing, reconciliation, red flags (with senior support), request for change orders
- Contributes to monthly revenue reporting, is building an understanding of agency and account revenue targets and financial KPIs.
OWNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Is the day-to-day champion of the brand, internally and externally
- Demonstrates reliable project delivery on time and on budget and effective management of resources.
- Recognize the impact of decisions on revenue, client retention, and agency reputation.
COLLABORATION:
- Actively contribute to strong team dynamics and helps to unite stakeholders around common goals
- Mentor more junior level team members and ensure they feel supported. Similarly support senior staff by managing up

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Degree Educated
- Experience at AM level
- Strong healthcare communications experience
- The ability to coordinate multiregional client teams – globally and locally
- Working knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice and the ability to ensure adherence to it
- Strong written communications skills
- Proficient skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- A solid understanding of the digital landscape, how to run digital projects and an interest to harness new technologies such as Gen AI
- The ability to develop and effectively communicate project timelines.
- Attention to detail and good proofreading skills
- Proactivity – the ability to anticipate client requirements
- Solution focused – proactive suggestion of ideas and recommendations
