This position supports the Operations Quality Lead for collaborations with Quality Assurance and for the development and implementation of initiatives and established processes that support operations in maintaining inspection readiness. The role involves quality management experience and responsibilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of SOPs and quality tools for the operations team.
  • Conduct audit readiness assessments and coordinate with internal and external auditors.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff on quality processes.
  • Lead quality improvement projects and continuous process optimization.
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory guidance and company standards.
