Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and support clinical supply forecasting and planning systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize forecasting models for clinical studies.
  • Manage system configuration, integrations, testing, and user support.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient clinical supply planning and execution.
  • Monitor supply forecasts, inventory levels, risks, and study requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply.
  • Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and data quality enhancements.
  • Develop training materials, support documentation, and best practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for clinical supply planning technologies and forecasting processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in clinical supply chain, pharmaceutical development, or related areas.
  • Experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and clinical supply management.
  • Experience with planning systems, technology implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding of global clinical trials and clinical supply processes.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
