6–8 week paid placement at Syneos Health Intern – Communications (PR, Advertising & Medical Communications). You are curious, proactive, and keen to learn how great ideas turn into real‑world campaigns. You might be studying, recently finished education, exploring a career change, or simply looking for hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced agency environment. Whatever your path, you are organized, motivated, and ready to get stuck in. At Syneos Health, you will gain exposure to one of our specialist teams—Public Relations, Advertising, or Medical Communications—supporting work for leading healthcare and pharmaceutical clients. This internship is designed to give you meaningful, practical experience. You won’t just observe—you’ll contribute.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of campaigns and projects
  • Conducting research (e.g. media, competitors, healthcare topics, audiences)
  • Assisting with content development (e.g. social posts, press materials, presentations, or internal documents)
  • Monitoring media, social, or campaign performance and summarising findings
  • Helping maintain trackers, status reports, and project timelines
  • Supporting meeting preparation and writing notes or summaries
  • Contributing ideas during team brainstorms
  • Assisting with general team organisation and admin tasks
