We’re seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial Presales Consultant to drive our go-to-market strategy, support customer-facing functions, and represent Synectics in our core market: Financial Services. This role is ideal for an industry expert in fraud prevention who recognises Synectics and National SIRA as leaders in innovative approaches to identifying and mitigating fraud risk.
Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor internally and externally, particularly with prospects and clients, throughout the sales cycle
- Translate technical and solution capabilities into clear business outcomes
- Gather customer feedback to inform and shape our business strategy
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand client needs and design compelling solutions using our technology
- Create and deliver tailored demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept materials
- Own and execute key parts of the customer onboarding process
- Support RFI/RFP responses and proposal development
- Represent Synectics as a thought leader online and at industry events, workshops, and cross-sector roundtables
- Contribute to sales playbooks, go-to-market materials, and best practices
- Support onboarding and training of new sales team members
