  • Shape product strategy and prioritisation
  • Define and evolve the product direction for your segment in alignment with Synectics’ commercial goals.
  • Prioritise opportunities based on customer value, commercial impact and scalability.
  • Ensure product initiatives address systemic problems rather than bespoke client requests.
  • Work closely with Product Owners and Engineering to translate validated opportunities into product initiatives.
  • Drive adoption & commercial impact
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to clearly articulate the value of Synectics’ products.
  • Support key customer conversations where product expertise is required.

What success looks like:

  • Deep customer insight and understanding of operational workflows within your segment.
  • Clear, validated product opportunities grounded in real customer evidence.
  • Product initiatives that scale across customers rather than solving one-off requests.
  • Product capabilities that drive measurable adoption and commercial value.
  • Strong collaboration across Product, Engineering and Commercial teams.

What you’ll bring:

Required

  • 4+ years’ experience in Product Management, Product Strategy or a similar role
