Our company is growing fast and, hence, we have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to join our team. You will focus on developing world-class data, insights and reporting products and will work together with our CPO to help accelerate revenue growth and delight customers.

What you'll do
- Take full ownership of the product development lifecycle for Data, Insights & Reporting: discovery, delivery, and adoption are all in your hands.
- Make sure that what we build is valuable for customers and viable for the business.
- Generate, maintain and prioritise the product backlog and roadmap.
- Drive delivery of your product strategy and roadmap.
- Lead discovery efforts and collaborate closely with go-to-market colleagues: clarify what to build, for whom, and why.
- Work closely with customers, engineers, and commercial teams to turn creative ideas into products that delight customers and generate considerable revenue for Synectics.
- Tackle complex software challenges in fraud and financial crime, making them simple for fraud investigators.
What you bring
- 1-2 years + proven experience in a Product Owner/Product Manager role, preferably in a software-first fintech or technology company.
- Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery, to delivery and adoption.
- Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to synthesise lots of complex information and communicate pithily to a variety of business stakeholders.
- Background in B2B SaaS or complex software products.
- High agency behaviours - you spot what needs doing and get it done.
- Natural team player who is as comfortable talking with customers, as you are talking with software engineers.
