We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join us in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our People Team’s day-to-day activities.
As an HR Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day management of our People Team systems, including our recruitment portal, payroll software and employer branding. Your attention to detail and creative mindset will help craft engaging and visually appealing internal communications, ensuring key messages are effectively shared across the business. You’ll also build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company to encourage a culture of collective communication and celebration.

What will you do?
- People Team Systems Support: Assist in the back-end management of HR systems including our recruitment portal, payroll software and internal communication platforms, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Data & Reporting: Assist with gathering and reporting key People Team data to support decision-making and business insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships across the business to encourage a collaborative approach to internal communications and knowledge sharing.
- General Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the People Team, ensuring smooth operations and assisting in projects as needed.
