Overview
We have an opening for a keen multi-skilled individual to support our Public Sector team in the delivery and servicing of our applications for local and central government.
You will be handling first-line support to circa 5,000 end users and supporting the Cabinet Office team to deliver the National Fraud Initiative bi-annual project. This also involves a number of administrative tasks including organising, attending and minuting contractual meetings and providing admin support for the Public Sector business function and workflow teams.
An entry level of technical knowledge would be an advantage as would some SQL or product support knowledge. It is expected that the role will grow to become more technical over time.

- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Able to adapt communication style for technical or non-technical audience.
- Able to remain calm under pressure and follow logical problem-solving steps.
Qualifications / Desirable
- Experience of using JIRA.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role.
- Experience of SQL databases / data processing.
- Experience of writing queries to further investigations into issues
