Overview
A hands-on Technical Lead to improve and scale a Sitecore development capability as part of an existing team. This is a foundational role within a newly formed DevOps POD integrating into an existing team. The successful candidate will lead by example, shape engineering culture, and deliver high-quality Sitecore solutions across Back End and Front End.
Key responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership across a cross-functional Sitecore team.
- Contribute to and review pull requests, ensuring code quality and architectural alignment.
- Unblock engineers and provide clear, pragmatic technical direction day-to-day.
- Work directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
