- Balance delivery priorities against technical debt, operational requirements, risk, and long-term product sustainability.
- Ensure regulatory, audit, risk, and compliance requirements are represented within the product backlog.
- Monitor delivery progress, manage scope, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support product roadmaps, release planning, delivery reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Product Manager in an Agile delivery environment.
- Strong experience in backlog management, prioritisation, requirements engineering, and user story development.
- Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Experience collaborating with Technical Leads, Architects, Engineering, Security, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and third-party suppliers.
- Understanding of cloud-native security, event-driven identity integration, observability, monitoring, audit, SSDLC, DevSecOps, and automation.
- Experience working in a regulated financial-services or banking environment.
- Experience working on IAM transformation, identity security, Zero Trust, or cybersecurity products.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Saviynt, or BeyondTrust.
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
- Relevant Product Owner, Agile, cybersecurity, IAM, cloud, or technology risk certifications.
- Strong judgement when balancing business value, delivery effort, technical debt, risk, security, and operational requirements.
- A collaborative approach to working across architecture, engineering, security, operations, risk, compliance, and suppliers.
