Responsibilities
- Own, maintain, and prioritize the IAM product backlog.
- Define Epics, Features, User Stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Capture, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements.
- Align business priorities with technical delivery in collaboration with Technical Leads, Architects, and engineering teams.
- Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, demonstrations, and User Acceptance Testing.
- Balance delivery priorities against technical debt, operational requirements, risk, and long-term product sustainability.
- Coordinate dependencies across multiple delivery teams and technology workstreams.
- Engage business stakeholders, technology partners, security teams, operations, and third-party suppliers.
- Ensure regulatory, audit, risk, and compliance requirements are represented within the product backlog.
- Monitor delivery progress, manage scope, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Support product roadmaps, release planning, delivery reporting, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive measurable business outcomes and continuous improvement across IAM services.
- Promote production readiness, operational supportability, knowledge sharing, and clear product documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a
Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Product Manager in an Agile delivery environment.
- Strong experience in backlog management, prioritization, requirements engineering, and user story development.
- Experience defining Epics, Features, User Stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
- Strong stakeholder management, business analysis, communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
- Experience collaborating with Technical Leads, Architects, Engineering, Security, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and third-party suppliers.
- Good understanding of
Enterprise Identity and Access Management .
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle management, Zero Trust Architecture, and access governance.
- Familiarity with human and non-human identity, workload identity, agent identity, privileged access, secrets management, certificate lifecycle management, and API security.
- Understanding of cloud-native security, event-driven identity integration, observability, monitoring, audit, SSDLC, Dev Sec Ops, and automation.
- Experience working in a regulated financial-services or banking environment.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on IAM transformation, identity security, Zero Trust, or cybersecurity products.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Sail Point, Cyber Ark, Okta, Ping Identity, Forge Rock, Saviynt, or Beyond Trust.
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban.
- Relevant Product Owner, Agile, cybersecurity, IAM, cloud, or technology risk certifications.
- Experience coordinating complex enterprise products across multiple teams and technology suppliers.
