Synechron is looking for an accomplished Senior Sales Manager with extensive experience in Tier-1 Banking and a strong background in selling Consulting and Salesforce implementation services. This role focuses on driving revenue by offering end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including consulting, implementation, integration, and support services, tailored to meet the unique needs of tier-1 Banking institutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic Sales leader with proven expertise in Salesforce delivery and client relationship management.
Sales Strategy and Pipeline Development and GTM

Develop and execute a sales strategy for Salesforce implementation services within the banking and financial services sector

Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities, initially targeting our existing Tier 1 banking customers and other financial services enterprise-level clients

Collaborate with Salesforce and other technology partners to co-sell and expand market reach with the aim of building a well-qualified pipeline of business

Developing and strengthening Synechron’s relationship with Salesforce, positioning us as their GTM Financial Services and Banking Partner
Client Engagement and Relationship Management

Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers in banking and other financial institutions

Understand client challenges and goals, providing customised Salesforce implementation solutions

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle
