Are you a seasoned Oracle Financials specialist with a passion for leading support teams and optimising financial systems? We are seeking a dynamic Oracle Financials Front Office Support Lead to join our team in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee front-office support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules
- Provide expert guidance on system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and process improvements
- Manage support tickets, tracking, and reporting to senior management
- Support integrations and interfaces with Business Intelligence (BI) and Hyperion reporting tools
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules
- Strong expertise in BI and Hyperion planning, reporting, and analytics
- Exposure to technical languages
- Proven leadership skills in managing support teams or projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications:
