The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-calibre Lead Analyst/Developer to spearhead the evolution and support of a global Identity & Access Management (IAM) platform within a tier-one investment banking environment. You will lead the technical delivery for the One Identity Manager (Quest) platform, acting as the primary subject matter expert for complex change projects and expert-level (L3) production support. This is a "cradle-to-grave" delivery role where you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring the bank’s identity lifecycle remains secure, compliant, and highly automated.

The Role:

  • Technical Leadership: Lead the analysis, design, and development of workflows, provisioning processes, and connectors specifically within the One Identity Manager ecosystem.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Own the pipeline of small-to-large change items—from requirements capture and technical documentation to packaging, deployment, and release planning.
  • Systems Integration: Architect and configure seamless integrations between One Identity and core infrastructure including Active Directory, Azure AD, and SAP.
  • Governance & Compliance: Implement and refine Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), automated provisioning/de-provisioning, and strict compliance rules to meet rigorous regulatory standards.
  • Mentorship: Act as a technical escalation point for L2 support teams, providing knowledge transfer and high-level diagnostic skills for complex production issues.

Your Profile:

  • IAM Specialist: A proven track record of implementing and managing One Identity Manager (Quest) in complex, large-scale environments (Investment Banking experience is highly desirable).
  • Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in SQL, VB.Net, and PowerShell is essential for custom development and automation.
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Strong understanding of Active Directory architecture, MS-SQL Server, and LDAP.
  • Communication: Ability to manage the expectations of senior stakeholders and translate business needs into robust technical designs.

Why Apply?

This role offers the chance to operate at a lead level within one of the world’s most respected financial institutions. You will handle a high-impact workstream where your design decisions directly influence the security posture of the bank's global operations.
