Synechron UK is seeking a highly skilled IAM Project Manager to lead and deliver Identity and Access Management (IAM) projects within the Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, especially within financial services, and possess a solid understanding of IAM concepts and technologies. Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) is a plus.

2-3 Days (Part time)

Full Remote (Have to be in the UK)

650+pd DOE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to design, implement, and test IAM solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and best practices.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing IAM projects within the Financial Services sector.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, such as user provisioning, role management, authentication, and authorisation.
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) is advantageous.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of security regulations specific to financial services.
  • Experience with IAM tools and solutions (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta).
  • Previous experience working with regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR, SOX, or PCI DSS.
