Job Description:

Make an Impact on Global Investment Technology

Join our global Front Office Application Support team and play a key role in supporting BlackRock Aladdin, one of the world's leading investment management platforms.

You will work closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Investment Operations, Technology teams, and BlackRock to ensure the stability and performance of critical investment workflows.

What You'll Do:

• Provide Level 2/3 production support for Aladdin and related front office applications.
• Support portfolio management, order management, trade execution, trade booking, confirmations, and post-trade processes.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive issues through to resolution.
• Use SQL for troubleshooting, data validation, and analysis.
• Develop Python scripts and automation to improve monitoring and operational efficiency.
• Support releases, change management, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.

What You'll Bring:

• 7-10 years of experience supporting investment management or capital markets applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin and front office workflows.
• Solid understanding of the asset management trade lifecycle.
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Python or other scripting experience for automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced global production support environment.
