Job Description
We are seeking an Agile Service Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of strategic technology initiatives within a Secrets Management function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across multiple global technology squads and projects.
- Manage end-to-end delivery using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Perform Scrum Master responsibilities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Coordinate development, QA, operations, and support teams.
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide executive reporting.
- Drive Agile best practices, process improvements, and delivery governance.
- Maintain project documentation and support knowledge management.
- Collaborate on cloud, Kubernetes, cybersecurity, PKI, and secrets management initiatives.
Required Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Agile delivery, service delivery, or technology project management.
- Strong Scrum Master and Agile delivery experience.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a global environment.
- Knowledge of public cloud technologies and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Jira and Agile delivery tools.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Share Point.
- Experience in cybersecurity, PKI, secrets management, or financial services is desirable.
