Synechron is looking for an experienced Calypso Business Analyst to lead Calypso platform implementations and enhancements, with a focus on the back‑office domain within the banking sector. The ideal candidate will have strong Calypso expertise, particularly in version 18, and proven experience in testing and delivering Calypso solutions aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and capture business requirements related to back‑office processes, ensuring alignment product expectations for Calypso implementation.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into system specifications.
- Leverage deep knowledge of Calypso, specifically version 18, to support configuration, customisation, and implementation efforts.
- Conduct and coordinate testing activities within Calypso environments to validate solutions against business requirements.
- Support end‑to‑end testing, including functional, user acceptance, and regression testing of Calypso systems.
- Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that arise during implementation and testing phases.
