Synechron is looking for a talented graphic designer to join the team. The candidate should bring fresh creative thinking to the global marketing team and hold a natural curiosity for AI advancements in the Design marketing arena.

• Develop and execute best practice design concepts across TTL channels, from initial brief through to final production-ready files – across global campaigns and initiatives.
• Design best-practice, on-brand visual content for social media platforms including LinkedIn and Instagram (static graphics, animated assets, carousels).
• Apply and maintain brand identity guidelines consistently across all output, ensuring visual coherence across campaigns and touchpoints.
• Familiarity with digital product design (UX/UI, wireframing, user flows) and web design principles; collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling visual solutions.
• Concept and produce motion graphics and animated content for use across digital channels, including social media, web, and presentations, using After Effects and other industry-standard tools.
• Staying current with the latest design trends and incorporating them into all projects, with an interest in AI and the future of design.
• A digital design thinker with a strong understanding of branding and design principles, including layout, typography, and colour theory.
• Experience in creating animated graphics, to be used across social media and other digital forms.
• Curious, with a passion for digital innovation, and learning and applying new concepts.
• Mac proficient user with experience across industry standard software - Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Figma, AfterEffects, Jira). Also proficient with Microsoft tools – PPT and Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously.
