We are looking for a strong Program Manager or highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a program of work across multiple Scrum teams delivering DevOps upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive delivery across multiple Scrum teams within a wider program
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and timelines
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support delivery excellence
- Work closely with stakeholders, product, engineering, and DevOps teams
- Track progress, remove blockers, and ensure successful program outcomes
- Support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across teams
- Proven experience as a Program Manager, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Manager
- Strong experience working across multiple Scrum teams
- Solid background in Agile and Scrum delivery
- Experience supporting DevOps, platform, infrastructure, or technical upgrade programs
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
- Experience in CI/CD, cloud, or engineering-led environments
