Due to continued business growth and significant investment in new equipment, Syne Graphics is looking for an experienced and reliable Large Format Flatbed Print Operator to join our busy production team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with industry-leading equipment, including our Fujifilm Acuity Prime L and Acuity Prime 30 flatbed printers, within a company that is committed to quality, innovation and continuous improvement.
The Role
As a Large Format Flatbed Print Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality printed products across a wide range of materials and applications.
You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient production while maintaining exceptional standards of print quality and machine performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage large format flatbed printers, including the ‘Fujifilm Acuity Prime L’ and ‘Prime 30’.
- Prepare jobs accurately, ensuring correct media setup and colour consistency.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Monitor print quality throughout production and perform quality checks.
- Produce both high-volume production runs and bespoke short-run projects.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure production schedules and customer deadlines are achieved.
- Support continuous improvement across the production department.
