This is a remote position open to candidates located in the UK.
The mission of a Syndigo Implementation Lead is to build knowledge of PIM/MDM Center products and their core features in order to configure/customize them to fulfill client needs. You will work with fellow team members, Technical Leads, and Solution Architects to help each design come to fruition!
How we’ll be winning together day to day:
- Executes various aspects of the implementations on our projects, such as the configuration of the application, development of business rules and workflow components, testing the application, and participating in project meetings.
- Troubleshoots, debugs and upgrades product/customization issues while providing solutions.
- Works with partners as an SME in PIM/MDM implementation.
- Liaisons with the product & engineering teams and the operations team on product functionalities.
- Understands the functional solution & configures the PIM/MDM product working with the Customer Solutions/business teams.
- As needed, communicates with clients on projects and improvement opportunities.
- Resolves problems in a timely manner and thoroughly troubleshoots scenarios.

- 4+ years of experience working in product implementation.
- Proven experience working with programming technologies (e.g. Java, Python, .Net, etc.).
- Good understanding of working with JSON, along with a UI-based tech-stack.
- Good understanding and working experience with different REST & SOAP APIs and Frameworks.
- Remote + Travel (Depends on customer needs).
