We’re now looking for an exceptionally talented Graphic Designer to help define and elevate Syndi's visual identity across every touchpoint.
ResponsibilitiesAs our Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Syndi looks and feels. You’ll translate brand strategy into bold, modern, and emotionally resonant visuals — building trust, excitement, and recognition from day one.
- Work closely with the founders, product, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life across digital, product, and campaign environments.
- Your work will span:
- Brand identity & visual systems;
- Marketing campaigns (digital, social, out-of-home, PR);
- Product & UX/UI visuals (in collaboration with product/design);
- Website & landing pages;
- Social media content and templates;
- Investor, pitch, and partnership decks.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related creative discipline. Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
- Proven design ability – a portfolio showcasing commercially delivered work (not just academic or speculative projects).
- Exceptionally creative – strong visual instincts and the ability to generate distinctive, ownable ideas.
- Detail-oriented & craft-driven – high standards for typography, layout, colour, and composition.
- Brand-minded – experience creating or working within a cohesive brand system.
- Digitally fluent – confident designing for web, social, and product environments.
- Collaborative – comfortable working closely with copywriters, founders, and developers.
- Experienced – ideally 3–5+ years in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Competitive compensation (based on experience) or equity options.
- Flexible working (London base + remote/hybrid options).
