About the Role

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the face of the company. The role involves heading up implementation of new customers and providing long‑term guidance to ensure they achieve their objectives. As the voice of the customer within the business, the CSM works cross‑functionally on product development, process improvements, and support to support customers regionally.

What you will do

  • Attend, contribute to, and eventually lead Discovery Workshops with customers.
  • Map customer requirements to EazyStock capabilities.
  • Provide user training.
  • Hold regular value reviews with customers to confirm goals are met and set future targets.
  • Identify functionality gaps, scope solutions and liaise with the Products team for development.
  • Create SQL reports to support specific testing use cases.

Who you are / What we expect

  • Demonstrable experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing or Forecasting.
  • Business‑level English proficiency, with the ability to tailor verbal and written communication for impact.
  • Clear, concise presentation skills and adaptability to different audiences.
  • Ability to teach, train and coach users throughout their EazyStock journey, using varied learning methods.
  • Strong curiosity about technologies and trends in the domain.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) in a business environment.
  • Business‑level language skills in English.

Nice to have

  • Project Management experience (especially in software).
  • Experience in a cloud SaaS organisation.
  • Experience with cloud software implementations.
  • Customer Success / Account Management experience.
