We are currently recruiting for a HR Operations Project Manager, based in the United Kingdom, working from our location in London. Initially, this project will be on a temporary basis for a period of 6 months.
You will act as a key partner to the Head of HR Operations and work closely with the Center of Excellence and our HR Cluster Leads. In this position, you will be responsible for developing customer-centric processes, procedures, and systems in line with policy in the specific region(s), aligned with business needs while driving an organization that embraces a culture of inclusion and diversity.
Your tasks include tracking and measurement, SLAs, and Customer Satisfaction. Team Training on potential new structures and systems.
Your key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, labour relations, business, or a field related to the position or similar.
- 2+ years business analysis and project management experience.
- Experienced in using Project Management tools.
- Excellent knowledge of the English AND German language.
- Experience of working with, and gaining trust and cooperation of colleagues in a complex, multi-language matrix environment.
- Strong customer service focus, always looking at things from the customer's perspective.
- Experience of continuous improvement/alignment of HR services or similar.
- Experience of implementation of systems and services in complex organisations with legacy terms and conditions.
- Excellent understanding of the design, development, and implementation of systems to gain maximum efficiency and RoI.
- Strong process, data, and systems orientation.
Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times when working; promoting and demonstrating positive behaviours in harmony with DP World's Principles, values, and culture; ensuring the highest level of safety is applied in all activities; understanding and following DP World's Code of Conduct and Ethics policies.
