- AS/400 COBOL 400: Advanced proficiency (4–7 years experience).
- Bug Reporting: Advanced proficiency and experience identifying errors in Job logs.
- RPGLE, CLLE, and RPG: Strong working knowledge for enhancements and development.
- Agile Methodology: Practical experience working in an Agile environment.
