THE ROLE: If you have experience as an email marketeer and are looking for a new challenge, then this is the role for you. Joining this fast-paced, entrepreneurial business you will be responsible for managing the Email & CRM contact strategy across multiple countries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing the companies email campaigns and communicating company brands through email marketing.
- Develop a clear CRM strategy.
- Analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
- Managing trigger email campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle to maximise sales.
- Carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing remarketing strategies.
- A/B Testing on various email campaigns to establish the most effective.
- MVT Testing on email marketing campaigns.
- Analyse the effectiveness of email campaigns to improve activity, engagement and leads gathered.
- The Email Marketing Manager will work with the wider marketing team to support campaigns across CPC, affiliates, display and social media to ensure the success of each campaign.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- Over 3 years of experience working within email marketing.
- Ability to troubleshoot coding problems.
- Experience using Photoshop.
- Ability to analyse performance and develop comprehensive reporting.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- A positive attitude with a hands-on approach to work tasks and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- A solid understanding of web analytics.
- Must have a degree, ideally within marketing; 2.1 minimum.
