Hospital Records is an independent drum & bass music company founded in 1996 and one of the most respected names in UK dance music. As we approach our 30th anniversary, we’re looking for a Community Marketing Coordinator to strengthen the connection between our label, artists, and fans worldwide.
Working closely with the Label Manager and Creative Marketing Coordinator, you’ll lead community engagement, artist campaigns, and content creation—going beyond social media to build meaningful relationships around our music. We have a hybrid office/WFH policy, with three days a week (Tues, Weds & Thurs) operating out of our Shoreditch office.

Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement & Social Media
- Be the voice of the label—responding to comments, sparking conversations, and fostering engagement across Instagram, TikTok, Discord, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
- Collaborate with the Creative Marketing Coordinator to create compelling content and storytelling that amplifies releases and artist campaigns.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behavior, ensuring the label remains at the forefront of drum & bass culture.
- Monitor and report on social media performance, providing insights that shape future strategies.
Artist & Label Campaigns:
- Support and execute marketing strategies for music releases and key label moments.
- Coordinate and contribute to creative shoots, ensuring artists have engaging content that aligns with their campaigns and the label’s identity.
- Work closely with artists and their teams to ensure social content & activations align with their personal branding and vision.
Fan Involvement:
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, fan pages, and content creators, commissioning posts and collaborations to expand reach.
- Organise real-world activations, including pop-ups, in-store events, and brand collaborations that strengthen fan loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
- A creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to marketing campaigns, contributing to brainstorming sessions and finding innovative ways to connect with fans.
- A keen interest in drum & bass and wider electronic music culture, with a genuine enthusiasm for the scene and the artists driving it.
- Someone with their finger on the pulse of social media trends, platform shifts, and audience behavior.
- A digital native who understands how online communities thrive and how to keep engagement authentic.
- Experience working on music, entertainment, or brand-focused digital campaigns is a plus.
- Proven success managing TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube accounts.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or Canva for content creation.
- Strong organisational, creative, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
