Synchronicity are proud to be partnered with a leading organisation within the pensions and financial technology sector that is looking to appoint a talented Propositions Manager to support the development and launch of new solutions across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody who enjoys combining commercial thinking, customer insight and cross-functional collaboration to bring new propositions to market within a highly respected pensions business.
The organisation has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative software and data solutions that help pension providers, businesses and third parties improve customer and member experiences throughout their financial journeys. With continued investment in growth, technology and innovation, they are now looking for somebody who can play a key role in shaping future proposition strategy.
The role will involve:
- Owning and managing the proposition delivery pipeline from concept through to launch
- Collaborating with teams across the business to generate, validate and deliver new propositions
- Facilitating research sessions and design workshops
- Producing sales and marketing collateral including proposal documents and pitch decks
- Building pricing models to support commercial decision making
- Coordinating internal stakeholder alignment through webinars and steering meetings
- Supporting sales teams with proposition and pricing validation
- Ensuring all operational, legal and go-live requirements are completed successfully
The ideal candidate will:
- Be proactive and comfortable working independently
- Have strong commercial awareness and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly
- Be confident building relationships and influencing stakeholders across multiple departments
- Be highly organised and process-driven
- Enjoy identifying and supporting new business opportunities
Previous experience within pensions administration or the wider pensions industry would be highly advantageous, although candidates from closely related sectors will also be considered.
