The role offers a unique blend of consultancy, technical delivery and customer engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and creating bespoke client solutions. As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, configuring and delivering tailored solutions for both new and existing customers. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, you will be involved throughout the full implementation lifecycle: from requirement gathering and solution design through to delivery, testing and post-implementation support.
This is a varied and highly collaborative role that combines analytical thinking, technical problem-solving and customer-facing consultancy. The role will involve:
- Gathering and analysing customer requirements to design tailored implementation solutions.
- Configuring and delivering bespoke solutions within market-leading pensions software platforms.
- Working across calculation routines, data validation processes and automated reporting solutions.
- Supporting clients through implementation, testing and post-go-live activities.
- Collaborating closely with internal technical and operational teams.
- Contributing ideas towards process improvement, tooling and future innovation initiatives.
- Building strong, consultative relationships with customers and stakeholders.
