The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will take ownership of a panel of advisers and employee benefit consultants, developing strategic relationships and delivering new defined contribution business. This is a senior, outward-facing role where you will act as a true ambassador for the organisation, combining market expertise, commercial acumen, and credibility across the pensions ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing a panel of UK advisers to acquire new DC business.
  • Delivering against annual targets, driving profitable and sustainable growth.
  • Planning and executing campaigns to maximise new business opportunities.
  • Building trusted relationships with key intermediaries, trustees, lawyers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Representing the business in the market as a senior, credible industry figure.

  • Proven success operating across the intermediary market and winning new DC business.
  • Confident presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
