We’re looking for a confident and experienced professional to lead the implementation of DC Workplace Pension schemes on behalf of our long-standing provider client. This is a pivotal role, responsible not only for delivering smooth and compliant scheme onboarding, including asset transition where required, but also for creating a standout experience for clients from day one.

You’ll bring strong project management capabilities, ensuring that timelines, risks, and customer expectations are handled with precision. At the same time, you’ll focus on building lasting client relationships, positioning the business as a trusted partner, and leaving a lasting impression that contributes to future growth.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure requirements are met and issues resolved swiftly.
  • Leading end-to-end project delivery, including managing project boards and overseeing the full implementation lifecycle.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with advisers, consultants, clients, and internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding journey.
  • Planning and overseeing asset transitions, managing out-of-market risks, and ensuring transparency throughout the process.
  • Using expert knowledge of systems, products, and procedures to influence developments with a client-first approach.
  • Effectively manage client expectations, timescales, and milestones, tailoring methodologies to each implementation’s complexity.
  • Monitoring and reporting on implementation activity and identifying opportunities to increase membership and asset transfer uptake.
