They are now seeking a high-performing Business Development Director to drive growth through the UK intermediary market.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, you will take ownership of a panel of advisers and employee benefit consultants, developing strategic relationships and delivering new defined contribution business. This is a senior, outward-facing role where you will act as a true ambassador for the organisation, combining market expertise, commercial acumen, and credibility across the pensions ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing a panel of UK advisers to acquire new DC business.
- Delivering against annual targets, driving profitable and sustainable growth.
- Planning and executing campaigns to maximise new business opportunities.
- Building trusted relationships with key intermediaries, trustees, lawyers, and internal stakeholders.
- Representing the business in the market as a senior, credible industry figure.

- A strong existing network of advisers and employee benefit consultants.
- Proven success operating across the intermediary market and winning new DC business.
- Confident presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep knowledge of UK pension investment solutions, including sustainable and responsible investing.
