Synchronicity are proud to be working with a high-growth employee benefits consultancy that’s expanding its Defined Contribution team due to continued demand from corporate clients, trusts and master trusts. This is a brilliant opportunity for a DC professional who enjoys being client-facing, values high-quality advisory work, and wants exposure beyond day-to-day consulting to take on work including strategy, market research and business development.
What you’ll be doing:
- Advising clients on DC pension strategy, provider selection and scheme design
- Leading provider reviews and tender exercises
- Delivering cost–benefit analysis and clear, commercial recommendations
- Producing trustee and governance committee materials to present at client meetings
- Supporting member communications and wider benefits projects
- Managing small projects and mentoring junior colleagues
- Keeping ahead of market & future trends
Requirements:
- Strong experience in UK DC pensions
- Confident communicator with excellent written skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Commercial, proactive mindset with a collaborative approach
- Keen to develop, and help develop others
