An independent, Chartered financial planning practice is looking to add an Administrator to its team. The business is known for its strong client relationships, low staff turnover and genuinely supportive culture, and offers a clear route for someone looking to grow their career in financial planning.
The Role
You'll provide day to day administrative support across the client journey, from meeting preparation through to ongoing servicing. There's plenty of variety, and scope to get involved in more technical work as your experience grows, working closely with advisers and paraplanners along the way.
Preparing client documentation and meeting packs ahead of adviser meetings.
Handling post-meeting administration and follow-up actions.
Processing new business and liaising directly with product providers.
Keeping client records and systems accurate and up to date.
Assisting with annual reviews and general client servicing.
Occasional direct client contact and involvement in client meetings.
Providing research support to the paraplanning team on straightforward cases.
About You
You must have previous administration experience gained within financial services.
Well organised, with the ability to juggle a varied caseload.
Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients and providers.
Motivated to build technical knowledge, with full training given.
Onsite during probation, then hybrid working. Good benefits and discretionary annual bonus.
