Synchronicity Financial Services is delighted to be partnering with a multi-award-winning, UK-wide financial advice business as they look to recruit a Senior Financial Wellbeing Consultant to join their expanding corporate team.
As a Corporate Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic financial advice to SME and corporate clients. The role encompasses the project management, implementation and ongoing support to clients in relation to their workplace pensions, employee education programmes, group risk, and other employee benefit solutions.
Knowledge Required
- Strong knowledge of workplace pensions/auto-enrolment, group risk, and business protection.
- Knowledge in other areas of employer-funded benefits, including flexible and voluntary benefits. Understanding of the regulations underpinning the provision of workplace pensions/employee benefit solutions.
- Experience in successfully working with corporate advisers, clients, their employees and providers. Minimum of two years’ experience in an IFA/Corporate Pensions/Employee Benefits environment.
- Level 4 or working towards preferred
A generous salary offering of up to £75k plus a car allowance and a very attractive bonus are on offer, alongside core benefits including 28 days holiday, PMI & a company shares scheme. This is a remote-working role with travel to client sites required. Applicants will ideally have a full UK driving license and own a car.
