Head of Compliance, Risk & MLRO

Synchronicity Financial Services are working exclusively with a growing financial planning firm who are looking for a Head of Compliance, Risk and MLRO to join them. The role can be remote based with monthly travel to offices in the North and South West, or you can work from one of the offices if you prefer.

This is an Ex-Co role reporting to the CEO and the Chair, holding SMF16 and 17 and also being Head of Risk working closely alongside the FD. They are looking for someone with experience of financial planning/wealth management, Level 4 qualified, with good compliance experience and exposure to risk. SMF’s are ideal, but not essential if someone has worked in a Deputy capacity and is ready for a step up. There isn’t a team to manage right now but that is definitely the plan longer term as they continue to grow.

The salary offered is depending on experience and there is a competitive bonus scheme on top as well as other benefits.
