About the Role: Workforce Management Manager

As the Workforce Management Manager, you’ll play a strategic role in driving operational excellence across inbound, outbound, or back-office functions. From resource forecasting to backlog management, you’ll optimise performance, enhance efficiency, and lead cross-functional initiatives that align with the company’s long-term growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Workforce Planning & Operations Oversight

  • Forecast short- and long-term workforce needs using historical data and business insights
  • Manage resource allocation across multiple departments
  • Oversee backlog management and ensure SLA targets are met
  • Drive strategic initiatives aligned with business transformation goals

Process & Workflow Optimisation

  • Streamline operational workflows across front-line and support teams
  • Implement automation to enhance productivity and minimise manual processes
  • Optimise the use of workforce management tools and technologies

Performance Management & Quality Assurance

  • Monitor KPIs, quality scores, and SLA adherence
  • Analyse operational data for continuous improvement
  • Ensure effective service delivery through robust performance tracking

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with senior leaders, HR, and department heads to align workforce strategies
  • Lead long-term, cross-departmental operational projects
  • Support business continuity through proactive risk mitigation

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years in workforce or operations management, ideally within a call center or financial services setting
  • Enterprise-level experience in regulated industries is highly desirable

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree is essential

Key Skills:
