We are seeking an experienced Workforce Management Manager to join our client in Dubai and lead strategic dialer operations, workforce planning, and real-time performance management. Workforce Management Manager Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management in a managerial role
  • Hands-on experience with WFM tools such as Genesys, Nice, or Verint
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Extensive experience managing dialer operations and workforce analytics
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
Workforce Management Manager Desirable Skills:
  • Certifications in Lean, Business Analytics, COPC, or SWPP
  • Experience with AI-driven real-time analytics and automation
  • Background in high volume outbound environments
