The Role:
- Partner with the Lead Consultant and senior team members to deliver technical and digital recruitment projects across multiple global clients
- Take ownership of the candidate journey, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience from first contact through to placement
- Source, engage, and manage high-calibre technical and digital talent
- Build strong candidate relationships and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate with international teams across the UK, US, and South Africa
- Play a key role in scaling an already successful, high-performing technical delivery function
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in delivery, sourcing, or candidate management (agency or in-house)
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the candidate experience
- A genuine interest in technology and digital recruitment
- Confidence working alongside senior consultants in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
