Synchro is currently recruiting for an experienced UI / UX Designer, required to work on and across a number of exciting projects, predominantly within the Financial Services space. This role will expose you to a wide and varied range of client projects and programmes.

We are looking to speak to experienced UI / UX Designers, with experience centred around the customer journey and user centred design. You will have a strong background and understanding of UI, with a solid focus on UX, including UX research. You’ll work closely and effectively with other colleagues including BA’s, Developers, QA Testers, in an Agile environment.

Ideally, you will have prior experience of working within the Banking or Financial Services industry, however this is not essential.

The client is based in the heart of picturesque Henley in Arden, with hybrid working on offer. It is expected that you will be office based for 2-3 days per week, with 2-3 days working remotely.

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 plus bonus and other excellent benefits
