Synchro is currently recruiting for an experienced UI / UX Designer, required to work on and across a number of exciting projects, predominantly within the Financial Services space. This role will expose you to a wide and varied range of client projects and programmes.

We are looking to speak to experienced UI / UX Designers, with experience centred around the customer journey and user centred design. You will have a strong background and understanding of UI, with a solid focus on UX, including UX research. Any experience of Maze would be beneficial, although this isn’t mandatory. You will be adept at working within complex, interesting and ever-changing environments.

Working as part of a talented, well organised and established team, this role requires a Designer who is highly collaborative in their approach, with exemplary communication skills. You’ll work closely and effectively with other colleagues including BA’s, Developers, QA Testers, in an Agile environment.

Ideally, you will have prior experience of working within the Banking or Financial Services industry, however this is not essential.

The client is based in the heart of picturesque Henley in Arden, with hybrid working on offer. It is expected that you will be office based for 2-3 days per week, with 2-3 days working remotely.

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 plus bonus and other excellent benefits
