We’re hiring a Software Trainer for a fast-growing fintech that’s empowering Financial Planning & Investment Management firms with a modern client portal - boosting efficiency, compliance, and client engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be the face of the product when it comes to user adoption - leading training, building resources, and helping clients succeed.
- Deliver online and in-person training that makes an impact.
- Build engaging training materials (guides, videos, live sessions).
- Tailor training to different users and use cases.
- Onboard new clients and train internal teams.
- Keep training content aligned with product updates.
- Collect feedback + continuously improve delivery.
- Support ongoing client engagement + product adoption.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience delivering software training (virtual + in person).
- Excellent communicator who builds rapport easily.

Location & Working Setup:
