Are you passionate about tech, training, and helping people get the most out of great software? We’re hiring a Software Trainer for a fast-growing fintech that’s empowering Financial Planning & Investment Management firms with a modern client portal - boosting efficiency, compliance, and client engagement.

What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be the face of the product when it comes to user adoption - leading training, building resources, and helping clients succeed.
  • Deliver online and in-person training that makes an impact.
  • Build engaging training materials (guides, videos, live sessions).
  • Tailor training to different users and use cases.
  • Onboard new clients and train internal teams.
  • Keep training content aligned with product updates.
  • Collect feedback + continuously improve delivery.
  • Support ongoing client engagement + product adoption.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience delivering software training (virtual + in person).
  • Excellent communicator who builds rapport easily.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and tech-savvy.
  • Bonus: experience in financial/professional services.

Location & Working Setup:

Remote-first, with flexibility. Ideally, you'll visit the office every couple of weeks, plus occasional client travel as needed.
