We’re hiring a Software Trainer for a fast-growing fintech that’s empowering Financial Planning & Investment Management firms with a modern client portal - boosting efficiency, compliance, and client engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the face of the product when it comes to user adoption - leading training, building resources, and helping clients succeed.
- Deliver online and in-person training that makes an impact
- Build engaging training materials (guides, videos, live sessions)
- Tailor training to different users and use cases
- Onboard new clients and train internal teams
- Keep training content aligned with product updates
- Collect feedback + continuously improve delivery
- Support ongoing client engagement + product adoption
What we’re looking for:
- Experience delivering software training (virtual + in person)
- Excellent communicator who builds rapport easily
- Adaptable, proactive, and tech-savvy
Bonus: experience in financial/professional services
Location & Working Setup:
Remote-first, with flexibility. Ideally, you\'ll visit the office every couple of weeks, plus occasional client travel as needed.
